Thats a pretty good idea Chris, you could post a poll to ask if other people agree that it's a good idea. It would look really cool having loads of people going around on Powerisers.

Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Re: which model do i get????

StuntMonkeh, Yeah I think you've got the right idea. Some of my mates are a little heavier, so it's useful to have the 7090 model when they come round and have a go. That's something to take into account too I guess. You could always put on some weight !

Chris and StuntMonkeh, I was in a similar situation to yours, where I was quite light for the 7090, and quite heavy for the 5070. Jumping Jak of jumping-jak.com recommended that I purchased the PR7090, because of the durability etc. and he said that the spring would break in a little bit and become more flexible. I get the impression it might be a little easier for me to get higher on the 5090, but I can still get pretty high, and they are really fun. You might want to see this video of me using my 7090s to get an impression of what it's like for a lighter person to use them. Matt

That's really interesting. I had a look through the pdf, and read a little. It's a shame the inventor seems to have been ripped off a little, and I agree the least we can do is start to refer to the use of all these products which are exactly what this patent describes as Bocking. It's a shame a search for PowerBock suggests the apple's PowerBook! I shall start to slip in the word Bock to the site. The pdf was really interesting, I think I might write an article about it and Alexander Bock.

Powerising / Practising / Jumping Higher

Hey, I wonder what technique people use to gain height when bouncing around. I tuck my knees right in and try to push my legs down, which gets me slightly higher- but I can't get beyond a certain height at the moment because I find it hard to stay balanced when I push down with too great a force. Perhaps this is because I am a little light for my PR7090s... Matt
