Its a good idea but it could be flipped on its head quickly.
Without setting up a proper charity then everyone is relying on Matt to administer the money which might not be fair on him especially when say someone who has donated £20 (or considerably more than the average) isnt too happy about where its being spent.

If anything I say we try to get a manufacturer to donate a pair for a "worthy cause" competition (maybe at one of the meets where tv or newspapers are going to be at)

It has to be said, the one guy who doesn't get a lot of credit but really deserves it is Stevie. He is an absolute top bloke and really recognises the potential of the sport. He's got some great ideas and is really focused on the growth and the fun factor. Sometimes it seems some of the brands/retailers completely lose sight of the fun factor and get all mixed up with the politics which really shouldnt be an issue at all. Stevie is the bomb! (in a non-terrorist kind of way)

thats £97 per room per night. I said for 2 nights (fri and sat) and thats for a twin or double room sleeping 2. I didnt ask about sofa beds/family rooms but I guess it would be the same sort of deal.

Basically for me its going to cost about £160 for flights and hotel which I dont think is too bad at all really (that includes sharing a room with Jono).
She did quote me prices for single rooms too but I think the plan is for everyone to be sharing so it splits the cost.

The hotel has got back to me, they will offer us double/twin rooms for £97 per night and that includes breakfast. It's pretty much the same price as on their site but we get a free breakfast.
