look, with my experience you can take the M-70,
but if you want to be a professional and you want your spring to be for long time and you will not bottom them quickly take the M-80.

i will give you my example,
my weight is 73 kg (165 lb -+),
i bought the m- 80, after 3 weeks i replace them to m- 90, much better!!, but now, after almost 5 month i bottom them easely (i change the springs 2 times in this 4 months, they are not the first...), so the next time i will replace them to m 100.
i promise you i wil tell you what happend...

M-80 !!

ha ha ha  ... look Tom, i can promise you that it was the first time i did it, ok the second time becouse after the firs time i run home to bring my video camera, if you have the control with back flips there is no reason that you cant do it, but if you dont have the control... auch...
