im really supprised at that... ive had mine a month and used them hard and regularly, and ive had absolutly no problems atall! surley its a case of keeping the bolts tight and maintaining them properly. as for buying PJ's from ebay, i wouldnt advise it as such a product is quite likley to be beat up if your buying from ebay.
