Powerising / Learning Tips / Slow Motoin tricks

OK, well heres the deal. I thought it would be pretty good if we had a thread where we could ask the more veteran Bockers to post some slow-mo videos of themselves doing tricks or other tasks I know it seems a bit lame but this would really help the new Bockers to understand how to do some things. Like there is a topic of getting up and down, so people started making videos and slow motion videos, really helped me understand how to get up and down from my powerisers I personally need to improve on my jumps and i cant quite perfect how the motion is done and a video would help incredibly as i cant seem to find one elsewhere Joe

Powerising / Practising / Im a newbie from Leeds

I am a beginner with my powerisers and i have been practising for the last 4 days. So far i can run in a wonky sort of way and i can jump about 1 foot and a half. I am terrible at getting myself up though, but i am training myself to do it. Are there any tips that you could give to a beginner who wants to do big things with them (although i am aware to take things steady)
