well basically if we want bocking to become really big, we need someone who is capable of doing so. who will do that? someone who's good at bocking OR someone who is really good at bocking and knows half of the celebs in america??
and having a leader doesn't mean he will "LEAD US" it just means he will do all of the hard work to get bocking to go where we want it to (it's more of a metaphorical saying).

i had this exact same thing, it's ur breathing. u need to make sure ur not in the middle of a breath as u jump, this will constantly knock the breath out of u and thats y ur chest hurts.

i basically got over it after a week or 2 but just concentrate on ur breathing as u jump (it may take a couple of days for the pain to stop so tramp might b the way to go for a day or 2 before going back on).
