You poor thing! I broke my elbow in two places 6 weeks ago and boy does it hurt! Mine was unrelated to bocking (and unfortunately I was sober so it hurt all the more!).  Its now pretty much healed - a few twinges when I try and straighten it quickly or try and bear weight on it, but I guess its a case of just building the muscle back up.  Hope it doesn't hurt too much, I really feel for you!

Its Helen here the girl some of you taught to bock - just a reminder that the show is on at 9pm tonight. Hopefully there will be quite a few shots of you guys strutting your stuff! Its going to be repeated quite a lot in the following week and also will be on Iplayer (and probably clips on Harry Hill!).
