I cant cos it just rides back up. I think i'll just have to go out and look for some foam. lol. or maybe get some shoes that cover the area.

I just wear my trainers. However i think if i get a big piece of foam it might work but might look a lil crap. do u understand where its digging in?

Hiya guys. I have been on my bocks intensley for the last couple of days. but found that the back of the main strap on my foot is digging into my ankle. Does anybody know of this problem and is anybody able to suggest some cheap and cheerful remedies?

I no this problem i have it. However i heard through the grape vine that if u get some tubigrip and put it over your knee it should sort out the straps rubbing against the back of your legs

Hiya, i'm kinda new to bocking and want some help to get going plus wana make bocker friends. lol. I don't like bocking on my own i feel abit stupid sometimes but i really want to get into it. Hiya, i'm in south east london in bexley. Near Lewisham and that area. I have had my bocks for about a year now but unfortunately i havent had much time to use them. I would love to hook up with some of you guys and hopefully help me get used 2 my bocks. I am very keen and now i have more time to start bocking.

I'm quite a short and slim guy, so quite light about 50kg. But i wana buy a pair of boots that will really suit me. I want to have the most efficient pair that'll work for me really well! I've been looking at the 7 league, raptors, but i dont know if they are right! i really wana have a gr8 bounce!!
