i no some times radio bock it a bit ott but at the same time locky takes some abuse aswell like just last week me and carl sent in a vidio of me and carl blowing there faces up with a paint ball gun and wrighting things on the photos such as sheep lover on lockys forhed so we all take some abuse at times i dont see why we just cant get along its all in a good laf and i personly think sky high it a funny name because when i used to smoke used being the main word here we used to call it getting sky high because it was funny and i do hope that CB will prosead as usual and that no hard felings will come of this as afterall we are like family so we need to look out for each other rather then turn agenst eachother and i do hope this silly little thing will be sorted out soon

its easier to see how many twist someone does when the image is shot from the side.  Then you can count how many times there back or stomach (matters what way the twist) pass your line of sight.  Start counting the first time either one appears. 

Hard to count twist with this video with the camera in front.  There might be a full twist done before reaching complete inversion. This makes it hard to tell if there is two or three twist in it.

yes when carl green gets here tomoz i will do some filming from a side angle because i only have front veiw but if this is a 720 then its still pritty cool and i wonder wat i could do with a propper gymnast tramp and a fome pit hehe would be fun

nah parkour is jumpng over things and gaps were as free running is jumping over things with a flip of some kined and then theres the best 1 wich it tricking wich is pure flips and spins and spinging flips so the way i c it is that parkour is the worst then free run then tricking is the best

i got mine off tripmaster he is the uk dealer for 7's and his site is the first link u have up the 7leageboots but it dose not realy matter wich site u go for there both the right sites and i would go for the s rex-x if i was you and the knee bars are huge on the s rex so i changed mine for my pro jump 1s but if u dont have eny other smaller knee bars trip toled me that you can buy that pipe inshulater stuf and duck tape some of that to it to make them smaller  happy bocking

yer if you hav the knee bars on them then they will hurt i have scars just below my knees from when i first used mine u need some knee pads like the pit dirt 1's from pro jump or some neoprien ones from a local skate shop
