I think you should get 70-90 kg because you are 63kg and got experience already.

49  Everything Else / General Talk / Re: Liten översättning on: May 19, 2008, 04:24:46 PM
I would translate the first one to
"Om du är ny så rekommenderas det att du tar en titt i kunskapssektionen. Där finns användbar information och svar på de vanligaste frågorna."
I didnt translate word by word. I changed the last part to "There (in the section) you'll find usefull information and answers to the most common questions". It sounds better in swedish i think.
Cheesy

I read that hinged knee bracers were not good if you didn't have problem with your knees already. It said that you had to strap it so tight which made your blood slower and therefor caused injuries easier.

My stilts are 70-90kg while I'm at 73kg, so I suppose mine are pretty stiff too. I was out jumping for almost an hour my first real try and I think that was a mistake. I will go easier now, take maybe 20mins first few days then increase time steady.
My knee is better now, I can practice other things and walking doesnt hurt, but I cant jumping with stilts will hurt. I still feel pain when I put too much presure on the knees so I'll wait some more time.
Everytime I walk pass them I just wanna grab them and go outside =\

59  Powerising / Practising / Re: Fall Recovery Skill Video on: April 25, 2008, 07:56:05 AM
I agree, I would like to see how people fall too, without hurting themselves badly.

So go out and fall >_> And record it Smiley

Here is a video i've been watching. In the begging he makes a fall, but i think it looks like it would hurt pretty much.
