How much does normal bocks weigh?

Hey everyone

At the moment, i'm really keen to get a pair of bocks, but i wont buy some right now because of some reasons... anyway. I wonder what I can do now (without bocks) that will help me later (with bocks).

For example, should I do knee bends to prevent knee injuries from jumping (not falling ofc). Should I make back exercises to prevent "bock back" etc.

Also, I started trampoline a few weeks ago (thats how i came in contact with bocks). Will jumping around on the trampoline be enought to strengthen my body?

And last question I got... I saw a norweigen forum listing a few bocks, including  http://www.amentio.no/PartDetail.aspx?q=p:1565792 which is ~150€. Sounds too cheap, something is wrong about them right? Like, it's only one bock or something.
I've been spending some time on a UK site selling pro-jumps... ~200€. My budget is narrow and I want some cheap bocks, problem is they wont send it to sweden=\ And the swedish sites i've seen has a price ~250-300€
