My Tip How to lear a flip:
1. you shout train your Front on a Tramp, to get the Felling how it is in the air. Your body should know, when you are to high, to get a slow spin.
When you jump very deep, ,you have to make a very fast spin automaticly.
Please do the Front often you can, to get the felling automaticly.
2. Take a small tramp an do it from the tramp to bottom.
3. Trying with stilts.
When you try with stilts try it on mats. I needed 10 chance to land the front.
To make the front like in my video, I trained it 3 month every day.

All in all I jump on stilts since 8 month
I got from my school an old mat. Now I have these mat 2-3 month.
Since then I´m train my flips and freestyle.
