i mean does it rly do anything?

when you fall forward with enough momentum that when your wrists hit the ground at an awkward angle and you skid along on your shoulder and down the side of your arm... your elbow pads wont do much then

but i guess it depends on how accident prone you are

what i find quite funny is if its little kids (usually under 12's) asking to see one.
you say "sorry i cant do them"
then wait till they turn away, then bust one out really quick then act natural. chances are either some people walking in the opposite direction saw it and said "oooo did you see that?" or one of the kids saw it. if one of the kids sees it, he/she will no dought tell his friends "he did it, he did it"

kid: did you just do a backflip?

bocker: no... i said, i cant do them

then when they turn away, do it again. and so on and so fourth, untill you get borred of messing with them, haha

chav: do a backflip

bocker: you do one first, deal?

chav: i cant do 'em

bocker: well then...



that seems to work prity well

man this is some funny sh**, whoever is responsible for this is a complete and utter genius.

i hope to god its locky, in fact, id be dissapointed if it was someone elsewho came up with this whole elaberate plan.  i can see this being something locky would do. locky, if this was you... id like to see more of it

has anyone come up with this "safe video" yet.

there is a gymnastics gym in swansea, and i want to see if theyll let me in, but i think a safe video would really help.
i would try and use some footage from bradford but all that was people landing quite badly.
