I sure did, but then again it was for a problem that the 07s cant have. I say better safe than sorry, but I wouldn't use them in the snow, unless you wrap them in Cellophane 
(that might just work for waterproofing  )

If you'll be using them, then fine. Else, wait till the snows cleared.

Wait on ordering them MK for a little bit, that way you will get as much out of the warranty as you can.

You aren't going to be able to use them in the snow (safely), and about the cold, better safe than sorry.

You also will not want to be out in the cold. It just doesn't work.

You can order spares but they are kinda expensive.
