Everything Else / General Talk / Re: Airplanes

I went on a plane recently, took of the spring with the hoof attached, and put the frames in one case, the springs in another. Worked out fine, and it was a REALLY tight fit. Bigger suitcase is better for this, but a specialized one will be good (like martin mentioned), but they are expensive. I packed them with clothes too and tools to reassemble. Go with another option if you can, but taking the springs off works pretty well.

ah I had so many chances to try that, looks like fun. Nice crash too, good stuff. I suppose that the fact that one cant stand still affects the driving of those

Good job. When your jumping, make sure to look out ahead and not at your feet, only about 10 feet, just not straight down. It helps for some reason. But it might be hard to change technique quickly, so do what feels comfortable. Using your arms a bit more helps. You had quite a squeak there also. looks pretty good there over all, nice job

Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Re: Another "what shall i buy?" thread.

Oh, swebounce is around there. I'm no sweden expert so I'll let someone else help you out if your ordering over there. As for USA, you'll only get PoweriSers over here (there is flying locust too but sounds like you want to stay PoweriSer). The cheapest I've seen as of Today are $310. (Cool things to ride just jacked up the price.) And If you want the Pro model, you can get them for $490. Shipping is competitively priced, so my bet is it will be pretty low. Those found at www.xphub.com

Powerising / Problems / Re: Top of spring bruising hamstring. Adjustments possible?

Hmmm, really cool what you did, but I'll reserve judgment until they are tested. The only thing that worries me is the angle of that beam under the footplate. Will it keep the center of balance? Now the spring is also prone to more bending. Let us know how it goes, the good part is that you can put it back if it doesnt work.

Ha, like the cane. You look prepared to go on a hike. But really, its a good precaution if you fall. Nice first steps, were you walking right away?
