awesome, can't wait to hear your review! those look like good elbow pads... i opted for the hard shell ones from rockgardn, because of the built in arm guards too... i'm prone to sliding.

after a few hours of bocking, i noticed that my center axis footpad bolt loosened considerably.
Once i tightened everything up, the noises went away. Check the springs for side-to-side play... if they move, tighten your bolts!
Locktite or pipe thread, or other thread compound to prevent bolts from loosening is reccomended.

so i just ordered my pads,
i got sixsixone helmet, knee, and elbow, and K2 wrist guards.
thanks for the link Dominion, the sixsixone pads certainly look alot more comfortable than the ones i had when i rollerbladed.
Which elbow ones did you order? I ordered ones from RockGardn.com, they are comfortable... but i'm curious as to see how comphy the six six one ones are. You're welcome! Let me know how you like the knee pads! Which ones did you order? I forget i'm wearing my kyle strait ones... thats how comfortable they are.

Take a look at my pair, I folded the wired edge inward, so that I had a nice flat surface. Take a look at someone elses version, and they trimmed the wire off completely. Find out what works for you best. I think my pair looks pretty darn good the way they are. I also measured, and then trimmed the tire so it didn't go up the back on the spring. It provides EXCELENT grip, and they are barely wearing out at all... and i've been bouncing non stop on them.\\ Be more creative

Well,
I had hidden my powerisers in the box behind the door of the classroom, until it was my turn to give my speech....
So, when i pulled out my box of powerisers as my "presentational aid" everyone's jaw's dropped. A LOT of questions were asked after i talked for 6.5minutes about them.
Everyone seemed very interested.
I really wish i could have given a demonstration, but it was pouring out.

Powerising / Problems / Re: Bill!

i've been having similar problems, looking for a case that'll fit my powerisers.... I'm not altogether sure that that Bow case will be able to hold a pair of powerisers.
I was working on modifying a large storage bin to hold my risers and gear, but i've since put that on the back shelf until finals are over for me.
Right now, i'm looking at professional storage trunks, but i'm not willing to pay 200-300 dollars for a custom storage trunk.
There's got to be something in the 50-100.00 price range that will hold my powerisers, in a hard shell case of sorts.
IF ANYONE has a decent solution, that ultimately lead towards me getting some sort of satisfactory hard shell case, before I come up with a solution, i'll give them a free .com address for a year, with hosting space and bandwidth.
!! The hunt is on !!

I'm kinda into metal, I like Slipknot and KoRn most of all... What about Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Nine Inch Nails? Cool, that all of us are pretty diverse. I wonder what sort of statistical data can be collected about all of us, based on our habits and our choices. I'd imagine we have a pretty interesting cross-section of the world's population! *EDIT hey mate, i just edited your post because your quote had gone a bit weird*

Some good ideas, dominion. And also some useful server space in case you have any ideas.
The only problem is that it's a worldwide sport- with people from many different countries who own Powerisers.
I'll have a think today about other ideas.
There'd need to be a lot of leagues! And advertising! And telivised matches! Think of how entertaining that'd be to watch on TV! Probally just as, if not more entertaining than Football or Soccer

Powerising / Problems / Re: getting your powerisers wet

I store them in my room but i have a 'wet pair' which are sometimes used in the rain or when its damp.
How do you find that you are able to bock in the rain? how slippery are the feet? Did you modify them?

Ah good, I can see they'd be great with knee pads.
Those are the knee pads that i bought. They were 50.00 USD, and worth every penny. I forget i'm wearing them, is how comfortable they are.
