Everything Else / Anything Else Powerisers / Re: all about flips?

Personally, I'm chasing after the ability to flip. I've spent a good amount of time learning how to do it on my feet, and still haven't felt the need to do it on my bocks yet.
Personally, I can outrun most people on bocks.... but that's because i'm pretty confident in my stride. I spoke with Vlad about it this past weekend, and he explained to me that he's not comfortable running due to a bad wipeout.
I love the rush I get from covering ground very quickly, and i'm getting very comfortable starting to clear large objects still.

I realise this is an old thread, but it is of interest to me, as dominion's first post from 2yrs ago, is exactly where i find myself now.
Dominion, How long can you bock for now, before resting?
Although i have had my bocks a week now, i have only been out on them 3 times. I figured that the new muscles that are being used, deserved a days rest between use.
I reckon i need to start running a couple of miles, 3 times a week. I was doing this last year for a few months, and felt good for it, but i let it lapse. If i can get motivated to do it again, it should improve my stamina on the bocks, i think?
As a shift worker, i really struggle with any sort of routine for meals, exercise, sleep ect.
Well, nowadays... we can go at it all day without removing them. 10 hours or so. This may include breaks where we "rest" but don't stop moving, or a quick sit for a few minutes, but the majority of the time is spent in motion.

tiny res hurts, but looks like a sweet place, how's the head room looks a bit tight
It's pretty deceiving... you can easily get 5-6 feet of air, without fear of hitting the ceiling. The OTHER gym, which i'll be at on wednesday, will have much more clearance (20 foot ceiling) I'll also have access to a high res camera for that night.

Powerising / Practising / Bocking + Sprung Floor!

So, i finally got to use my powerisers in the gym.... ON the sprung floor. It felt AMAZING!!! I recall someone else writing earlier that they didnt like it, and i have no idea why. I could jump so high so easily. My gymnastics instructor was doing back flips after only using my spare set for a few hours! http://storage.totaldominion.com/gym/There's a few video clips of it, not too much of myself last night... but that will change on wednesday. That'll be the day that I attempt backs on the sprung floor. Wish me luck!
