stevie taught me the 180s as i found it easier , as you have to motion from it to back flip.

and you can hook up a few tricks before the big one lol.

meet with stevie. well of i went to bradford, not knowing what was instore, but well excited , and then ! took a phone call from stevie saying" his car had brocken down "  oh no! but i went anyway lol.
so after driving round bradford for a while , we got the the gym .

he started by seeing my bocking skills, and as i thought i was the man got on with it .
after ten minuets of fantasticness lol i then started to listen to stevie.

oh my god! this man is a jedi master, after 1hour he had me backflipping ! and not just on a matt, i had to jump over 2 obsticles then spin a 180 and then do the flip and land it .

i left the gym that night with the biggest grin on my face ever !
and all this was thanks to stevie who gave me so much advice and confidence.

i would recomend anyone taking the time to go to bradford and learn from the man.

just like to say a big thanks to stevie again for giving up his time to take me to the dark side of bocking .
