My name is Daniel Keyes. I am a college student attending BYU Provo. I got the poweriser 7090 less than 48 hrs ago and can walk, stand-up, jog, jump, and run. I was just wondering if anyone was in the area or if anyone had any tips.

I am very athletic and have great balance. I can do front flips and back-flips on the ground. I got a poweriser 7090 2 days ago and was wondering where to begin practicing a flip. Should i practice outside on pads, inside a gym on pads, outside on grass, where? If anyone could answer this question i would be extremely grateful.
