I think I had mine on like 6 hours the 1st couple days each. I got a bad blister on my leg to prove it. I wanted to do a 5k charity marathon in mine but decided against it. As for distance to and from the shopping center by my house......Id say about 5miles not including all the running I did in the parking lot.

I think the M60s should be fine if you do want PoweriZers, but Id like to point out that M60s M70s are PoweriZers not PoweriSers, so If you want PoweriSers Id recommend PR5070s.

Actually they are in great shape cuz the previous owner of them has heart problems and cant use them now.

I really like the new 2007 PR5070s but are thay worth buying new ones when I already have PR5070s from 2005? Should I just get the calf cuffs then get the newest thing once my springs wear out?

I started out barowing a pair of powerisers from a friend she told me if I like them she might give them to me. She cant use them anymore cuz she has heart problums and cant exert herself like that anymore. So far I cant get enough of them, but I think I want to buy a new pair soon. If she does give me this pair I think I shall give her my I-pod she wants one bad and I want a Archos 705 anyway.
