After CB you will be absolutely wishing it didnt end, well it doesnt quite have to finish then as you can get to aubria!
last year it was absolutely awesome and this year its going to be even better (It will be tough to beat).

I really really recommend that if you have no other plans that week you come, as you wont regret it one bit. I will be helping organise things as the English correspondent for the event so any questions please contact me!

Check out http://aubria.eu/ (remembering to click the english option in the top right of the page) for all the info, like i said any other enquiries you need you can ask me or one of the other organisers!

Here is a link to a review of last years review, hoping it will wet your taste buds! See you all at CB then see you all for Aubria! (pictures of last year are still up)

and some of these replies are why i dont bother posting on this site anymore.

Sprog is the ONLY one in this thread you should take an opinion of Masterking when it comes to 7s and poweriser comparison, as he is the only one to have a decent opinion on this topic. Though i think everyone has missed the point of your original post and i hope that you felt you got some proper advice from somewhere Wink
11  Powerising / Jurassic Jumpers - Dorset / Re: Jurassic Jumpers B'day Meet - 27th Jan - Bournemouth! on: January 28, 2008, 12:37:37 AM
Really awesome stuff today guys, every time i go to a meet i always have a brilliant day and this was no exception.

thanks again for Q for hosting myself and manni for the night and also for coming out and helping sort everything with your bad back.

Really glad to meet everyone, and even better to hear that my help was appreciated Cheesy I do like to help people out, and was very impressed with how everyone was so willing to let me badger on at them Tongue

big well done to soul for his backflip development and for katie for jumping onto that wall, i was really most impressed with that.

Me and manni had a little chat and both think we will be back down sometime in the near future so watch this space.
12  Everything Else / Anything Else Powerisers / Re: What are the “best” stilts on the market? on: December 21, 2007, 02:32:17 PM
leaving this conversation as its pointless. I have been made out to be the bad guy without the facts being stated. as the saying goes to assume is to make an ass out of u and me, this definitely works for this situation.
13  Everything Else / Anything Else Powerisers / Re: What are the “best” stilts on the market? on: December 21, 2007, 02:19:50 PM
well apparently u believe I get something for saying i like the brand I use. Maybe Ian and Timmo do for you, but i just say what i believe and my honest opinion. If i was given the chance to try the skips or maybe even the new powerisers and find them better then i would say so. you dont believe that but thats your opinion.

I have only briefly tested both the powerskips e640 and the s-rex type r. and i can back up the idea Naz said that you will need to judge them over a long period of time to get the answer of which is better. From the short time i had on both i can give you my opinion with which is better and thats purely based on how the springs felt, as thats the only difference i could tell between them.

I think he wants to know whether spending £750 on something he might break in a short while compared to £250 with a guarantee to last a lont longer is worth it in the end. Because basically if the stilts give you near enough the same performance and the parts last about the same length then the average person should always go for the cheaper ones with the long guarantee. If the S-rex do have much better lasting parts from what i have seen its a definate no brainer as i didnt think the powerskip beats it in anyway. Only if the performance is significally different in the way of powerskip would i choose them, and this seems to be the main thing. Its the combination of durability and performance that hasnt (and cant yet) be measured.

Give me a pair of each and ill run them down the same way a more professional user would for 6 months, and I will give you a clear cut honest opinion. Yes I work for 7s but me saying anything bad or good about them doesnt benefit me in anyway. i dont get any money or anything from them for saying my opinion or sending people that way. I dont even get a thank you if it was me, nor would i want one. I give what i honestly think is the best option, and they know that, just luckily for them in most situations i dont think there is a better brand out there.
