yeah hurts when i walk on heels, but mainly when my legs are fully extended (i'm walking round with semi bent legs)

any suggestions on braces then without spending crazy money?

Knees still hurting...

i'm thinking of getting some braces to prevent this happening again can anyone suggest any? i was looking at these:

as they have the bars down the side will these lock out to prevent my knee bending to far the wrong way?

hopefully thats it    , gonna give it a few days now see how it goes.

At the weekend i was out a good couple of hours and found that my knees started to hurt when i locked my legs out straight (in the bit between the top of your skin bone and below the knee cap). i've only had em a week or so, so my thought is my knees arn't used to it. Anyone else had this problem?
