Only funny thing about that is when I say that I've push biked from Boston to New York loads of times ( it's only 8 miles )
And my family has live around Boston for over 400 years   

If I told you I live 4 mile north of Boston and and gave you map where would you look ?
Even the BBC think I live in the USA 
They never say Boston in america , Dallas texas , Washington DC but it's just plain Boston

It possible that when you change left and right over the way your feet shift when you tighten the ratchets up changs and your feet line up differently making them feel different on the other foot !?

hi i was just wondering if eneyone else has had the muscle in the lower leg and upper leg increse at all.

I hope not ! My calf muscle only just fit through the hoop now and it's a bugger to get out once it's pumped !?

I'd try but I can't get my foot in the hoop with my shoe on so I'd also have to tie my shoe up once I'd got into my PJ's :/

I am 40, a tad over weight and out of shape. I have been gaining endurance and loosing a bit as well by bouncing around on my 'riZers .

Ditto and I have arthritis in my ankle where some stupid girl shown me here car when I was riding my motor bike !
