when i had one in my shoulder, i took painkillers almost constantly, and also pullde my shoulder out a bit, wiggled evrything back to where it should be, then let it settle back into the joint, might work if your joints can seperate slightly, otherwise i recommend sleeping again till it goes away

thought they were fine, and it's good to know that they are alright, was probably going to get new springs once i get better, as i can easily bottom these out on 1 footed jumps, and can evry now and then kanga hopping

so, got my projumps second hand off e-bay, though they're still in very good condition, hardly any wear on the feet etc, but i noticed something earlier, on the left spring, where the spring goes into the foot, theres some small white marks, they appear to be small cracks in the fibreglass of the spring, are these dangerous and/or will affect the performance significantly?

welcome, and yeah thatis a good point, i'd say your in the uk from the fact you live in cumbria, but if thats a daily journey to work it's pretty far isn't it?
