OK, So I guess your using the term Jersey is not slang for New Jersey in the states but for a town somewhere in Euro World.

My appoligies for listing places to buy products in the states... thought you were saying you were from New Jersey.

not sure those are stiff enough for under your feet.  Are they stiff like a flip flop material?

Might work to pad the spring that wants to whack into your leg though.

Caro for about 10 bucks or less you can get a 6 foot wooden flag pole from places like Ace Hardware, Walmart etc.

Carry it with you and use it like a cane, use it to help you get up, use it like a highwire walker to help balance you etc etc.

Experement with how to best use it and god for sake find a  flat patch of grass to start on instead of gravel.  Leaves etc. cleared away of course.

68  Powerising / Practising / Re: Rope skipping? on: August 29, 2008, 04:19:36 PM
ahhhhh got it maybe.  Rope ends are attached to a cap that goes on a 1" PVC pipe.  Handle is a 3" long, 1" piece of PVC.   Tie rope thru a hole in the cap and put the handle on it.

the Cap should pull off the PVC. pipe. if needed; a little sanding inside the cap and you can make it come off easier.

Large size hole in the cap to allow the rope to spin in it so it does not tend to wind-up as you jump.

stilts in Israel.  Being politcally incorrect and all I'll say...

Guess that is one way to try to dodge bullets and missiles from the boarder firing  Cheesy

Stay safe over there.

PS- movie link does not work on that page for me either

...bounce team are working on some really insane stuff on stilts that scares the crap out of me. ..
TAKE YOUR TIME.   While you may be getting the physical pieces and parts for skills...... if you feel insainly scared even though you can complete a skill.... that is a sign your kinestheic awarness (your air sense) is lagging behind a little on  your physical ability.  Means your doing things outside your circle of understanding where you are in the air.

This builds fears... the fear of not knowing where you are in the air.  Logical reason to be scared when you have no clue where you are above the ground your about to land on (be it on feet or in crash position)

Take your time and let the air sense catch up.  Your overall skill level will reach higher levels.

If you keep pushing along not letting the kinestheic awarness catch up... the fears will start creeping into your easier skills and it really can FUBAR your progress.    If you get to that point you have to sorta start all over and work your way back up again to reacclamate and further enhance your kinestheics.

Make a Break away rope.  Either in the center or at a handle have it loosely velcrowed?? so if it hits a hoof it just comes apart instead of tripping you?

Course loose grip on your own may be all yuo need.
75  Everything Else / General Talk / Clap Game. How far thru it can you get? on: August 29, 2008, 03:01:42 AM
only seen three guys ever complete this on a trampoline.   So you might only get 1/2 way thru on Bocks?

Do this all while in the air after a bounce.  Only one shot to get all you can in while your in the air.

Clap your hands together in each of the following places WHILE IN THE AIR:
in front of you.
Under one leg
Front again
Under other leg
Front again
Behind you (waist level behind back)
Over head.

short version to help you think it faster as you practice.
Front, under, front, under, front, back, up
