its just natural.  If rotation can be created..... some want to flip.

I got a list of 101 tramp things you can do w/out a flip. Some is loads harder than a flip.  but still..... just gotta flip.

No biggy...some flip, some dont.  Just respect and be happy for other folks pride in their accomplishments what eva they are.

if you want to get over mats and do some fitness stuff then get back into bocking I got a connection that I might can hook you up with

are you near Attalla, AL?  I forget where that is.

Friend of mine is a Men's gymnastic coach there.  Gym name is Champions Gymnastics and you would want to talk to Coach Z  or JR.

On their website is a link you can use to email him directly.

some in in security to bump up their weak ego's.  Its a power game to them.

Think you just met a shining example of that.

MattH,  Know were Huntsville is.  I went to JSU for my underrgrad.

I'll check where John is. I think he actually coaches at a gymnastics gym in Huntsville. I may be wrong though.

Great show.
41  Powerising / Videos / Re: Backflip attempts on: June 19, 2008, 12:26:12 AM
Great job.  Becky your a queen

To the mat slider... get down lower.  Squishy mats slide better more flat.   Pushing on a tilted, sagging squishy mat like that mostly just bends the mat instead of sliding it to where you want it.

ill make it simple for him. he said 10 flips not 10 backflips.

Yep, bet that's where he missed it.  First flip is a front brani.  Im  a tumbling judge and I still have to make sure I've counted the front transition to backward skills when I count total number of skills to calculate the difficulty score.

...as for getting your money back, good luck, call paypal see if they can help you out, prolly shouldn't have waited this long.
He's about on schedule to start asking around, not late.   4 to 6 weeks is the typical lead time most mail order places ask you to wait.  Shipments usually come before that but that time span helps them thru back logs etc.

Not so old, old timer here.  I'm 46 or is that 45.....??  I got lost on what my age was way back at 26 (or was that 25?)  I think it was a course in Statistics while in graduate school that got my mind all numberically messed up.
