ah well, at least you will get to see my ugly mug on the tv, the thing thats the most frightning is my accent, i did a lot of talking with the girl who has the eating problem, i think my role was a mentor, to show her the ropes of bocking and help her with her nerves,i got her on the stilts and she had that much fun she didn't want to take them of, she was a lovely girl, but i was the one who was frightened, infront of the camera,lol, stevie kept laughing at me,

the guys did some good stuf on stilts, but stevie was still strugling with his stupid knee, so he just stayed out of the way,

it wasn't a b bounce thing, it was simply a good way to get our bouncy stilts on tv, and promote the sport.as far as i know there was no brand mentioned, the BBC person asked  us not to mention any brand name,  i can't quite remember how i put things, so don't laugh at me please.

NOT 2 YEARS, what planet are you on, he had bad knee problems all last year, and he will tell you  himself that its only lately he has got back into real training,  he is doing realy good now, and he likes doing that move up and down grab, i think he called it his yo yo, lol,  it helps to strengthen his knees and ballance, he did over 50 in a row, just to prove a point to me, but that just him showing of to me, lol

its a shame to give up, but you must take it up again if you can, i found that raptors were to strong for Caroline (13yrs old) but poweriZer/projump 60s are perfect for her, they are a little softer than rapters, why dont you try and swap with someone, and a little cash to you aswell as 7's are more expensive, you never know,

I was performing in Manchester today with Brucie and Stevie, and the BBC was there, they filmed us and said it should be on BBCtv tonight at about 10.10 pm, we are back in Manchester again working at a club all night so we will mis it, if it is on would someone mind recording it for me, thankyou,Claire.

yes i think youv got it about the knee packing,  i use a knee supports, knee pads,and the main ingredient tight strap or binding which ever you use it should keep your knee solid, protected, BUT not to tight that you cut of your blood supply, and foam backing for the back of your knee,

 the straps i use are only about £1.00 from Millets camping store, they'r on in seconds and you can have them as tight as you like i swear by them, Stevie uses thick velcro straps, but its what ever you feel good in, its nothing new, but for newcomers to bouncy stilts, i would say its a must.

Hey Claymore,     it was about this time last year i think, i had got the front flip and was feeling realy confident with it, we had just finished a promo video, it was a combination of bad luck, over confident, and a bad landing, i leaned to much to one side on a landing, and i broke Stevies golden rule, always make sure your knee is packed proper, my knee packing was to loose, im not saying that was why it hapened, but i wish i had of listened, at leased it may not of been so bad,
  but it happened, and boy it hurt for weeks,  the only thing is, i was a naughty girl and didnt listen to the doctors, AND, only a few weeks later, hmm i did it again, owch, AND OUT POPED MY KNEE,
 so back i went to the hospital, and it took months to heal,
 So, even if your just walking on them, i would say to anyone that doesn't know, always make sure your knee is packed the proper way.
