Thanks I didn't think elbow pads would be a big deal but friendly advice was exactly what I was looking for so I'll def get a pair, I'm out for about a week tho I have a slight case of bockers back its kinda hard to even walk and sit down right, so I've gotta give it time to heal.

Okay this is day 3 with my gear. It's nothing special but I started feeling more comfortable so I started taking videos so that if I feel good jumping I can look at what did to do it. Bocking is awesome and I hope to try some flips eventually, but Im a ways away from that. Any tips on how to run faster and jump forwards with both feet more than once? Maybe I just need some more confidence and practice.

I've had my  :poweriser:powerstriders for about a week now and I'm getting quite comfortable on them because of jumping on them everyday and I was wondering if anyone else's lower back was very VERY sore and tight when using your powerisers for the first couple of times. Is his something that I should just keep jumping through or give it sometime to rest. I hate to think of taking a day of they are so awesome jump and run on .

Cory here...I got a pair of powerstrider pros 4 days ago and I'm absolutely loving them! It took me awhile to get bouncing high but I'm getting the hang of it and I'm slowly starting to incorporate grabs and stuff into my daily bocking. I'm from Ohio and I don't know of anyone who has them around my area yet other than me...if you have some and you live in Ohio let me know I'd love to go trick around and run with someone.
