I'd say your form looks pretty good... All I could think about was what happens when you impale yourself on that staff! Just remember to keep your body up, not bend over, and you'll do great.

If you grab the slider on teh video player, and move it back and forth... you can see how the clouds change during the video...
On a different note, great job... I'm gunna agree with bmthbloke; thanks for not boring me!

Teh way I started was bouncing right next to the mat and getting as much hieght as possible, then worked from there to running and jumping...

Yeah, I'm up in AR right now, and if I didn't have my junior exit project going up that week, I'd totally be there, but alas, higher education sucks the life out of me...
For the summers I should be home after I do a little work up here, so we shuodl deffinately get together sometime around then...

can you do a backward roll on the ground?
Very well... i bounced between 2 mats cause i wasn't sure which way i'd go That's what I thought of doing, but the mats I have available make that pretty impossible to do...

I was wondering if any of you sages of the sport knew a pretty good way of starting back flip practice?
Obviously with front flips you can get a running start and see where you're going, but with back flips, it seems like (to me) that until you're good enough, you have to stand in one spot, close to the mat and pray that you land on it.
Any tips/suggestions?
