1  Everything Else / Anything Else Powerisers / Breaking in springs myth... on: July 18, 2008, 05:51:04 PM
I read a post on here a little while ago about breaking in the springs being a myth and whether or not it is true but I coudln't find it again idk why sorry. Anyway I thought I'd just say that i do bleive they can be broken in or at least softened up a bit because when I first got my powerisers I could barely compress the springs at all unless I jumped hard on one spring (i'm in the wrong weight for springs.. bad mistake I only weigh about 135lbs and have 7090s Sad ) anyway once my brother (significantly heavier than me) had a short go on them they seemed to bend a bit more easily and I could actually compress them more. Idk if it's bad for the springs but it certainly helped me alot as I could finally jump a little bit instead of just feeling like i was standing on top of 2 sticks. Anyway thanks for reading =).. I hope I can contribute something to this great site!

2  Everything Else / Anything Else Powerisers / Re: I OFFICIALLY HATE FED EX on: July 18, 2008, 04:27:13 PM
Sorry this thread is a couple days old idk the rules for how old a thread is before no reviving but I thought I'd share my FedEx story as well. ^_^ So here's what happened... I ordered my bocks about 2 years ago from SuperDairyBoy (idk if it's a good site or not I wasn't too much into the research then lol) but anyway I had Fedex ship them and everything was good. I was waiting for them.. and waiting.. and waiting.. so finally we got  fed up and went to the FedEx wearhouse (it's like 10 minutes away). When we got there no one was there at all... NO ONE. We coulda walked around in the place and did whatever we wanted.. well this concerned my dad because if someone had done that and we were on camera he thought bad things could possibly happen. So he called some manager guy on this information board and we waited for like 45 flipping minutes for him to come so we were pi**ed and made him take us in and I picked up my bocks. Not an amazing story but still a story none-the-less. =) FedEx is weak.

3  Everything Else / Introductions / Hi everyone from Ohio! on: July 18, 2008, 04:14:18 PM
Hello everyone. I'm from Ohio (in the U.S.) and I have had my 'risers for probably two years now but i've almost never used them. I never had anyone to learn with or bock with so I kinda strayed away after a short time and every once in a while i get on and run around a bit. Anyway I found this website a long time ago and have been trolling for a while so i decided to join and hopefully learn a bit more about bocking. Thanks for reading and hi again to everyone on this wonderful site!
