As jelly has mentioned --- have u organised the Pimm's bar --if not why not? \\\\\\\\\\\\\this is not trivial dehydration matters people will want need and require liquids. And if the liquids are pretty colours ( and matching thier tees) with healthy fruit floating on the top --well soooo much the better!!

Well I guess Im officially 'bocking wounded' and just walked but I do have the 'pain in the neck from hell'. But when fit, I can do 3 hours bocking and feel nothing when get up next morning. Creep up to 4, 5 6 7 then 1 progressively feels it. After a 10 Km walk on bocks in 70 degrees ---I fear I was a lil zombie like for a couple of days at work ---sorry customers

All this insurance stuff. Im sure all it needs is a 'phone call/email to insurance company ( and no extra money) to get bocks included. If I was to buy, for arguements sake, a £500 saxaphone. Id need to inform my household insurance company that it now formed part of the 'contents' of my home. But it wouldnt add anything to my premiums. Ya almost want a new thread 'sports centre excuses'. But they are not all the same, the JJ's 1 is fab ( and we have had a member hospitlized so I guess we have tested them) ooo un rich ash maybe busy packing. If not cool. But Im sure Locky has suitable footage too. Or its somat to think about when filming /editing next gym vid

well we are not there to be professional but to have fun. if that means a white, mauve, or blue tee for different peeps then lets go 4 a rainbow communitee
tho having said that if clubs all had a dif colour that would also be a different type of 'style and professionalism' wouldnt it?
even more so for the sporting events

Powerising / Learning Tips / 'safe' gym vid

Now down here in Bournemouth we have a very nice gym we are very happy with. However, we are always on the look out for gyms in other towns and cities in the area. Inaddition, there are a number of groups around the country trying to do the same.
When I phone a centre and Ive not got an No within 30 secs, I find I get the 'what exactly will you be doing?'. At this point I suggest sending an email with a few pix and a couple of youtube links. I think its the best way to get the message across.
Howver , there is a lil problem. W kinda like the bails and things going wrong ---and sticking them in the vids. Atempts at flips that lead to head plants or people missing the mats. Well lets face thats not going to help.
Now I dont have the technology (indeed any). But I wonder if some1 here could put together a 'safe' gym vid. V short (2 min would prob do) steady progresion of tricks and learning, general jumping and fun, with nice 'clean' mistakes, failed flips landing flat on back, a fall and a laff and the bocker getting straight up.
This could then be used by any and all to sell the sport and buy some floor space.

any reason why the T has to be one colour? I think a 'rainbow' effect of peeps choosing the colour they are happiest with would be nice. Id quite like pink myself. As you said there were colour options, let individuals choose their own.
