Yeah the Jamboree is in Essex and no we cant leave! We have to work while we are there so we might get a few hours off one day but not much more (we might get time to sleep too!) and having paid £500 to be there im gonna make the most of it!
Q - what camps have you been going to!?!?!

Even if some of us are at the Jamboree, im sure the rest of Essex will have some representatives!

I dont remember having seen it before!
I thought it was the same guy that did blue peter cos they both have the same name, but it might just be coincidence.

Just found this on Youtube

Think the guy on the bocks is the FlyJumpers guy who did Blue Peter earlier in the year

Depending on when you hold this you will only have half the essex massive, as the rest of us are at the world scout jamboree for several weeks over the summer!

If you look on the Lord of the Rings the Musical website, the circus skills video has two guys on bocks in it, near the end, just doing a couple of flips

That whole site hasnt been working on and off for the last few days. Think most of the people on there know about 'the other forums' - lots of them are members on here too

549  Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Re: ???? SPACEBOOTS ???? on: June 03, 2007, 06:25:40 PM
I posted the seller a question, asking what brand and if the actual bocks were gold or if it was just the picture, ill let everyone know if i get a reply from them.
550  Everything Else / Anything Else Powerisers / Re: Where do you keep yours??? on: June 03, 2007, 05:53:26 PM
At home, if I have the car, then they stay in the boot so I can take them everywhere with me. If I dont have the car they live in my room or, if my mums in a good mood, they stay behind the sofa!

At uni they live at the space between the end of my bed and the window.
551  Powerising / Learning Tips / Re: My knees wont stay in my 7's! on: June 01, 2007, 10:04:21 PM
Do you wear any knee pads?
This fills out a gap and helps keep them tighter as well as adding more protection
552  Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Re: Need Your Help, not much time left to decide on: May 31, 2007, 05:03:14 PM
Evoker - the 95 on the bottom means that springs from that batch were tested to withstand 95kg, or so i believe
553  Powerising / Problems / Re: 7's on: May 30, 2007, 12:02:05 PM
no my straps go over the bars, but ive added some foam under the top strap so that the clip doesnt touch the stabliser bars anymore.
other people have the straps under the bars - its which every works best for you
554  Powerising / Problems / Re: 7's on: May 30, 2007, 11:51:34 AM
that rules out banging them together and knocking them loose.

does the clip go as far round your foot as the stabiliser bars? cos ive done that before, put the clips over the bars, and as i jump theyve moved off the bars and thats made the bindings feel loser

im running out of ideas!
555  Powerising / Problems / Re: 7's on: May 30, 2007, 11:33:02 AM
are you doing the straps up over or under the stabiliser bars either side of your foot? and do you wear them with the clips done up on the inside of your feet or the outside?
that might help us work out why the straps are loosening

they might sprog - i was looking at why the bindings were loose, ive got no ideas on the clicking! Smiley
