Projump gave stilts away in a video comp in Xmas 06. Jono didn't want the stilts though, he took the equivalent money instead

They did one at Christmas too which was a photo one! And I think the guy gave his sister his old stilts and now uses the new ones!

I took a photo so I may in the picture but it's not just the people in the pictures but those who took the time to take them.
Had he asked then neither of us would minded too much !?

It is the owner of the photo that permission has to be gained from, not the person in the photo. You own copyright of the photos you create. It is up to the owner of the photo to check that the person in the photo is ok with is being used.

The photos belong to several members on here - official email being sent now - use of photos without permission requires payment ... etc
I have it saved now, ive sent it so many times


EDIT: I have messaged the owner asking that he removes the photos. I have told him if he wishes to use the photos permission must be gained from the owner, but until that is gained the photo has to be removed. He has 48 hours to remove any photos he does not own or have permission for and then I will be billing him on your behalf for the use of your images. I have identified at least 20 photos that belong to members of this community. Please let me know if your images are on there and you want them removing.

dear everyone, i started a site and did use some pictures from this community, and I received an email, that i shoundnt but i dont really know which picture belongs to whom, so please contact me if i offended anyone

here's the rule, just because it doesn't say you can't have it, doesn't mean you can, only use pics that people say you can have the pictures, of, so if you are using it, and you don't own the picture remove it until someone tells you you can use it.  It is not our job to say you can't use them, it is your job to ask the owners if you can use them.
