I think I heard about that, so they made a Bock NYC video and never sent it to you?
5  Everything Else / Anything Else Powerisers / GetJumpingStilts.com is Incredible on: May 09, 2008, 12:33:02 AM
So I sent an e-mail about my velcro problem (http://www.PoweriserPages.com/forum/help_with_torn_strap-t4501.0.html;msg73504#msg73504) to getjumpingstilts.com just to ask if they sold those velcro straps or if they knew where I could get a replacement. Here's the reply I got:

HI Ace,

Sorry you are having trouble.

Jeane, can we help ace?

Thanks,

Matt

(I was a little confused by this email)

A couple days later my dad got an email from FedEx saying a package was to arrive on May 8th and that it weighed 5 pounds; thats all the info we got.

FedEx dropped off the package a little after I got home from from school and when I opened it I realized they sent me a whole new knee bar! For free! Shocked

I just finished replacing the knee bar and now I'm back in action - but I'm still trying to figure out how they got my address!

If sewing it back on doesn't work, do you think somewhere like a hardware store would sell velcro?
12  Powerising / Problems / Help with torn strap on: May 03, 2008, 12:26:43 AM
The velcro on my left knee-bar strap is coming off

As soon as I start jumping the strap comes undone, any suggestions?

Grabbed the fence for some spring flexing practice on the way down:
