Hello Everyone!

I'm starting to notice a trend, where people post information about a problem they are having.  If and when you have a problem, if you need assistance, or want advice please provide us with the following information in your post.

1 - Brand, Model, Weight Class
2 - New / Used
3 - Your Weight
4 - Where you purchased them from (Company)
5 - How long you have been using them for
6 - Any accidents, or damage you already may have caused to them
7 - As much detailed information as possible about what you were doing when the problem happened.
8 - Pictures make our lives easy.  Provide them if you have the capability.

Remember,

The more information that you can provide to us, the quicker we can give you a definitive answer or proper advice.

It'll make tracking specific brand problems a heck of a lot easier, and make longer term information collecting a snap.

This will make it easier for us to make informed decisions about which products to support, and which ones to avoid.

I hope the community will be able to help you with your problem, but I hope even more that no problems arise in the first place.

i got a pair of standard PoweriZers M70 and the little T spacers between the springs and the bottom metal arm, snapped and fell out. it doesn't appear to b a problem but i'm worried my springs r more likely to snap with that little bit of extra movement. wat do u think?
I got them new, i weigh 60kg and they r M70's, i got them from some chinese health store in melbourne, it happened after just 2-3 days of purchase and i was just jumping wen it happened.
also i've noe had them for 3-4 weeks and i'm already bottoming out on them wen jumping straight on flat ground (i weigh 60kg and they r M70's)

any ideas??
my best geuss would b for everyone to avoid PoweriZers basically

stick some cardboard or plastic card in where the spacers were, as for the springs, m70's are for 60-70kg, but the factory weights are wrong, you should've started with m80's
