Hello Everyone!

I'm starting to notice a trend, where people post information about a problem they are having.  If and when you have a problem, if you need assistance, or want advice please provide us with the following information in your post.

1 - Brand, Model, Weight Class
2 - New / Used
3 - Your Weight
4 - Where you purchased them from (Company)
5 - How long you have been using them for
6 - Any accidents, or damage you already may have caused to them
7 - As much detailed information as possible about what you were doing when the problem happened.
8 - Pictures make our lives easy.  Provide them if you have the capability.

Remember,

The more information that you can provide to us, the quicker we can give you a definitive answer or proper advice.

It'll make tracking specific brand problems a heck of a lot easier, and make longer term information collecting a snap.

This will make it easier for us to make informed decisions about which products to support, and which ones to avoid.

I hope the community will be able to help you with your problem, but I hope even more that no problems arise in the first place.
