We've had an accident with the powerizers nd my bro lol
hes in hospital. Hes accident prone nd always pushes things to far. ~This time i hope he will learn as he has just spent over 24hrs in intensive care, nd having an op as we speak to remove half his pancreas as its in two pieces lol.
Mind u he sat in the back of the ambulance sayin he hasnt given up yet lol.
Now that is a true bocker lol

Sounds like a good idea though, only thing I'd be worried about is having to take the blame if someone injures themself!

when i was in italy they had fake riser for sale and rent. i could of bought them even thou they where fake they where very cheap at about 30 pounds

ya cant get fakes into britain tho just by importing cuz of Mr Boeks pattern.
although i dont know about bringing them with ya i suppose they wouldnt mind cuz ita only 1 pair. Customs wouldnt know the difference i suppose.

Actually, it seems many illegal sellers get round the Boeck's patent by buying from places such as skyrunner who produce the stilts illegally and don't appear to pay royalties. The companies don't care about the patents and do not tell buyers about them, they let them freely import without royalties paid and then the resellers get screwed over when they try to sell them and the Boeck's stop them.

If he bought them in Italy and then tried to bring them back, effectively there would be nothing Customs could do as he had paid for them in full and bought them whilst in Italy, so he wouldn't be importing them into the UK, simply bringing them with him from his holiday.

There are simple ways such as this to get round the patent laws, I got my calf cuffs by ordering and having them shipped to germany, so royalties were paid and they were legally shipped, and then had them shipped onto me by a friend as "second hand". Because the royalties on the patent had already been paid, it wasn't breaking the patent laws.
