train to do what? if you just got them, learn to walk, no special facilities required, you should spend a while learning the basics, gotta have a solid foundation to build up to the bigger tricks.

Yup, I've had mine for more than half a year and I still don't need a gym, but I am getting close.  You only really need a gym when you're trying to learn how to flip.

I go to the local schools around my house. Always cool stuff to jump on/off and plenty of space to practice.

No you don't.
Who cares about flipping?
I can flip and to start off with it was cool because it was a big achievement for me, but now i'm just like "meh. flip."

Learn jumping on stuff, off stuff, vaulting, basic tricks, running fast, bounding, etc.
You'll get a lot more satisfaction from it.

If you can do the basics really well, its a hell of a lot easier to learn to flip Smiley

there's no one else on here in NJ, so you'll have to start tracking down gyms and talking to them on your own, but if as your post says you just got your bocks today, take a few weeks to get the basics down before you start thinking about flipping.
