Hello there!

Been bocking for about a week.
Now, my problem is the straps on the back of the knees.
It hurts like hell when I run, if they are tight, but if they aren't I cant control my bocks.
Is this problem specific for my cheap korean skyrunners or do I need to adjust them?
Anyone else with this problem?
Might this be a problem with my knees not beeing used to it yet?

Lots of love

I personally use kneepads, which cover the backs of my knees, as I used to get some pretty rad bruising all the way around my knee.

They also help keep everything tight and together if you have thin legs.

If you are looking to get pads, I would highly recommend anything by 661 or Fox racing. They make all my bike gear, so it should be more than suitable for bocking.

Is it in the right place ?
The hoop/strap should be just a little below the knee cap.
Too high and you'll not be able to bend your knee ( maybe where you have it now ? )
Too low and dig into your calf when it pumps up !!

If you just need a extra pad around the strap here's an idea
Cut a square out of a sponge and wrap around the strap and hold it on with rubber bands !?
