Went out for a bock on a nice day and blew my back.  It's ok though because it's so nice.  Grin

good stuff pen, try to keep your leg straight when you land on 1 foot for the stalls on the wall and they'll look better.

it looks like you were leaning back when you landed
a little tweak is all it takes
I did the same thing on a trampoline doing a back with a full twist
my back hurt for a week
just take it easy and see a doc if it gets worse
keep bocking

Umm, backpack!  Have you found a backpack that doesn't beat the crap out of you while you bock?  And what's in it?  Is it just a camelback type of thing or do you have random junk?

looks like a camelbak to me, doesn't look like it holds much stuff just water.

I have a simillar one, as long as it has a waist strap so it doesn't fly around as you jump it doesn't keep hitting your back.

yup.  Camelbak.  Waist strap, chest strap. holds about a cell phone and 3 liters of water.  I got to use about 3 ounces that day.

When I read "blew my back" I thought it would involve some serious back damage from a fall, butluckily it didn't Cheesy
The car, do you know if it was a "Nice jumping!" or "Get the F off!" kind of honk? :p

Hope the backs OK now. WOO snow and teeshirt.  Reminds me once I went on a canoeing trip tothe pyrannes ( orsimila spillin --the mountain range that divides  Spain and France)

Even in July at some points there was snow by the roadside. But amongst us was an 18 yo from the seychelles Islands in the Indian Ocean ---he had never seen the stuff b4!!

Yeah I wish it was something cool like I tried a back flip off of a house and landed upside down or something.  That's why I think it's funny cause it was such a little tiny bounce.

No I think it was a traffic jam.  The first soccer mom slowed down/stopped to watch and the second car was like "Move your ASS!" honk!!!  It was coincidence that he beeped right when I went for that jump.

I'm heading to the back doc in a couple.  So I should be back bockin fairly soon here.
