I promised you some new stuff, here it is! Smiley

those vids are from the last 2 weeks of training outside the gym, so no mats, no safety Tongue

hope you like it, and as always, please give us feedback, so we know where to improve or what you liked the most for our oncoming shows!

I've never seen multiple fronts in a row, that was real cool.
I also liked the handstands, I'd like to learn that one.

But is a skirt the best thing to wear while bocking?Wink

OK, you guys are very good, and your fronts are amazing !
But the vid was like all of it the same tricks, don't get me wrong, they are very good, but the vid is like 4 minutes for the really same tricks in the same places.
It could be a little beet shorter.
But great stuff, I really love watching you and see your progress. Wink

I don't care how long it is.  I could watch that for an hour and learn from it.  I find it extremely impressive that you can front flip onto a higher level.  Really nice acrobatics and gymnastics.

I'm pretty jealous about the kip up too. I just can't quite land it.
I've been practicing by doing kip-ups from the floor to the sofa.
But I can't quite stay up on bocks.

I agree with lidor, it did get a bit repetetive. But it was a great vid. Smiley
