I plan on filming segments on getting up from the ground, and getting onto the ground from a standing position, as well as possibly a proper adjustment guide, and a maintenance section.

Sounds good Dom, I will work on that over the summer. I am still not able to get back to Bocking from my injury 8 days ago, I really want to go out Angry. I am going to have to take things slower, stick to walking, jogging and roo jumping for a while.

I went out still really sore and stiff from the day before, sucks being 42 at times >:(I did not stretch or warm up. Ended up jumping really high 4 ft in front of a tall fence for confidence. I started twisting as well as lifting my feet to my butt, great fun, but it was to much for my spine. I have been wrecked from my mid thoracic down. Pain pills for 4 days, chiro 1 time and 3 session of bodywork. I am about 85%. I am really going to have to be smart, take my time and not be so hard on myself, as well as listen to my own advise.

Keep in mind guys in their 20's are half our age and are a bit more stronger, limber, and have a higher degree of stamina.  But we'll eventually catch up with steady progress.

Ever see a 53 year-old fly?

Thanks for taking the photo, Dominion!!!
