the way i look at it is that if i had a product that was doing well and someone tried to rebrand it and sell it under their own name, then i wouln't be very happy at all, if the company doesn't have authorisation to sell his product then they should find out how they can purchase the individual peices themselves, or even how they can manufacture the parts to their 'new' specifications. frankly it seems dodgy and not very honest to not get it done the 'legal'way.

Just to be fair to the suppliers: PoweriSer (with an "s") is from Korea and they are entitled to sell (as far as I know) since they pay royalty. So no worries buying PoweriSers.

PoweriZer, Flyjumper, pro-jumps, flyinglocust etc. is Chinese and patent rights are not observed.
