(sorry for the sound and lack of sound from me... this wasnt originally going to be with sound, but i have no program to edit these videos)
also, this is NOT me at my best.. im rather tired in this, and frusterated as well.

Ok, This is very upsetting...  This is the most height that I can get on my powerizerM100's.
I weigh about (due to fluxuating weight) 180 pounds, or 81 kilograms. and I am only getting 3 feet, or about a meter... my flips are second rate, and my grabs are as well. lack of skill doesnt seem to be the problem for me, but time in the air and height does.
feedback greatly appreciated.

Yeah, your just being impatient.

Don't expect to be getting 6ft of air straight away, i've had my bocks for 18months now and i'm still only getting about 4-5ft.

Keep practicing and your technique will improve and get higher

This is down to experience. You probably wont notice it but on quite a few jumps there your arms and especially your legs do a little flap about which greatly effects the energy being used to jump.
As the others have said, it will come with time. Just keep at it!

Looking at your vid you can tell that your knackered.. Your using a fairly stiff spring and that means unless your very strong with good technique two things are gonna happen. Your gonna become tired very quickly and as you become exhausted you are unable to activate the spring and your height will go down.

I'm fairly certain that if you were to use say an M90 for your jumping, Bocking would instantly become easier and you would get alot more consistant in your jumps. Not just doing one big jump then sweating ya arse off. But being able to put several trick jumps together. You may be able to bottom them out from time to time but i've never seen this as a problem because it means your able to use the energy from the spring.

Too many people make the mistake of thinking that by buying a stiff spring they will jump higher. I remember that one of my customers who was using T Rex stilts who weighed 64KG was complaining that he wasn't getting any height, when i met him i let him try Raptors. He complained that he should be using the stiffer spring because everyong in the forums said he should go that way but as soon as he tried the softer spring he was a 100% better Bocker, able to link jumps together, get better height and Bock for longer.

Anyway just my opinion  Tongue

Yep Im with Locky on the arms. They shouldnt go behind the back. Should go up when you go up. Also dont look down. Heads are pretty heavy and will just push you centre of gravity over , hence the loss of control after 4-5 bounces. get into the habit of looking down as little as possible ( even when getting up from 1st putting stilts look foreward not at ground). Looking at ground 15 foot ahead is all that is needed. Should give you acleaner straight up and down jump. But must be said   once a habit or style is set  its v difficult to change it.

keep practicing. most important rule: do not bend your knees, kepp your legs streched, only when the springs are at max compression bend knees slightly and give a push. but in the air (going up and down) do not bend. this exercise usually helps a lot.

yeah its not the spring's fault, i weighed 10lbs heavier than you when i had m100s and after practicing the right technique i could go 4.5 feet ish

check out this tutorial on proper bouncing technique

Everyone wants to be able to trick on them, but your focus right now should just be on getting height.  Forget about tossing in tricks and just keep going for height for a while.

...And you might want to wear some orange during hunting season.   Cheesy
