Except i think maybe flipping and doing a seat drop or knee drop will hurt abit if your going to do it on bocks .
I've got a trapoline but i never realised how expensive nets were! I dont think flipping is my thing . It's not possible for me.

One option to get around not having a net is sinking the trampoline so its level with the rest of the garden, you'd have to check with your parents first tho 

All you do is dig a big whole so the trampoline sits in it and then the jumping level is the same as the ground so if you fall off it won't hurt as much

yep nets are expensive. thats y i put a 10ft enclosure on my 13ft trampoline and filled the rest of the netting with an old football net. i was thinking of making my own enclosure altogether, but decided against that
