My practicing jumping over a cane, UPDATED!

This is me yesterday seeing how high i could jump

When looking at the video i can see, but when i was jumping it felt as if i was a good 6 inches to low.
Maybe next time, i can't get any higher than how much i was getting in the video cos i was constantly bottoming out when jumping.

If you run and than jump you can jump much higher... try.

mybe if you just bend your knees a bit more you will pass higher stuff without jumping higher

Good video That was safe training which is really good Always start with something you can handle and then move up to harder stuff. And good thing that you used a stick that you could easially break if you got caught instead of falling.

And the last jump, you can make that one, you just need more speed and as other has said, bend your knees little more.

Yeah the stick was jus a garden cane and would have easily broken if i had landed on it.

I really liked the way you used a stick, very safe and smart, good one. I liked the milkman thing, I just dont see that in North America any more, thanks. Brought back good memories of going to England and Ireland 3 years ago.

You should have just gone for the higher jump and gave it your all cos you'd have either done it or given us something to love at

Also i love Steve the Milkman because my little brother managed to crash into his milkfloat, he got some much teasing about that.
How did you crash into a milkfloat they only go about 10mph?
