When looking at the video i can see, but when i was jumping it felt as if i was a good 6 inches to low.
Maybe next time, i can't get any higher than how much i was getting in the video cos i was constantly bottoming out when jumping.

Good video Cheesy That was safe training which is really good Smiley Always start with something you can handle and then move up to harder stuff. And good thing that you used a stick that you could easially break if you got caught instead of falling.

And the last jump, you can make that one, you just need more speed and as other has said, bend your knees little more.
