Well done Kiola. Thats pretty much the right part of your flip to execute your twist.  This video should be everyones goal for barani execution.  IMHEO.  You can see pretty clearly he gets his flip going first before twisting. 

For those learning..... don't think you can start off learning this skill twisting  at the spot where he does though.  Shoot for a later twist.  The natural tendency is for the timing of twisting to creep earlier into the flip so if you try to twist at the right spot at first your technique will creep into an earlier twist and mess you up.   

Start with a late twist and let it creep to the right spot for you on its own.  You'll learn it faster, better, and be able to work out of it more effectively.
