the number one flipping skill for injury resulting in paralisis to catascrofic injury if mistakes are made is a double front!

Only those trained by professionals should be toying with double fronts.

Know my share of gymnastic gyms that won't even allow that skill to be trained, performed or anything close in their facilty at all.
