there should be a spacer between the spring and the plastic, they fall out quite often, just use some cardboard or plastic card and make something to stick in there.

I think the black cylinder spacer is supposed to be in contact with the spring at all times.

It looks like there is daylight between your spacer and spring?

It could need packing out more, with something else, as XS has already suggested.

the black plastic is prolly wearing from the impact, just add some extra material to space it out.

they'll never wear perfectly the same, you put different forces on each foot without noticing

Aren't those the poopy old bushings that get bent?  You can get them replaced for free.

Oops, those are Flying Locust, huh?  Good luck.

And I concur with XS on the diagnosis.

Rather than shoving something like cardboard into the space between the black rubber bushing and the spring, I would suggest a neater more permanent fix would be to take the spring out and glue a piece of rubber to the inside of the frame so the spring sits slightly higher, eliminating that gap.  It may take a little experimenting as to how thick a piece of rubber to add (maybe a section of inner tube) so that the spring just fits snug in between - but I think the result will prevent movement and quiet a clack you are probably hearing with each step.

I think flying Locust has the rubber pads too, now.  Still might not be a bad idea, though.
no there powerizers, not flying locust
By the way, Powerizer IS Flying Locust.  Flying Locust is the Chinese company that makes Pro-Jumps, Powerizers, Powerstriders, and Kangaroo Boots.  There might be a few more brand names, but they are all the exact same stilts except for the logos.
