This is a video of when some of my mates came round and had a go on my Powerisers. You will see some interesting Powerising and also some funny scenes…
The funny scenes including Oli and his "it's an unknown substance" (really coca-cola) from the last Malarky video, and Oli's second attempt to beat cars!

This video also contains backwards, one footed, kangaroo-style, lamp-assisted and very poor beginner powerising!

Enjoy the video.

Gravedig much? Tongue

Loved the vid, very funny.

What would be the consequences of having the bar too high? Mine is prett high and haven't adjusted them since I got them, just wondering if I should.

Nothing really, its all just comfort.  Having the bar too low could mean that you damage your knee if you land dodgily as you wouldn't have the support of the bar but that could happen anyway Wink  It all seems to be personal preference really.

If your knee bar is too high it can stop you from bouncing as high and you dont get the full amount of bend in your knees, I cant think of a disadvantage of having the abr low :\

BTW

Chill XS it seemed as you were coming across not in a nice way Wink
